July school holidays saw us take 5 team, U10, U11, U12, U13 AND U14, to Christchurch for the Christchurch International Cup, one of New Zealand's premier junior football tournaments.

About 200 players, coaches and family members made the trip and the tournament was a huge success both in football and memory-making terms.

105 teams took part from clubs all around NZ and Australian teams had travelled too.

U10s - 7th
U11s - 4th
U12s - 4th
U13s - 6th
U14s - 2nd

Special congratulations to our U11 and U13 goalkeepers who won Golden Glove for their age groups as voted for by all the opposition managers.  Alex Sheary and Ashton Thomas performed brilliantly between the sticks and all the work at the Red Sox-Massey Academy with our goalkeeper coaches seems to be paying off.
